At Greenway Accountants and Consultants we provide an nation wide service to prepare your Income Tax Return by post or via e-mail*. It is not uncommon for clients to post or e-mail details for their Income Tax Returns. In remote areas where accounting services are sparse we provide a convenient and practical solution to meet their taxation requirements.

How it Works

  1. Either post or e-mail any financial information, including PAYG Payment Summaries (group certificates) to the address on our contact page. Be sure to include a contact number so that we may contact you if necessary.
  2. The return will be prepared promptly then posted or e-mailed to you for your signatures.
  3. Returns will be electronically lodged.
  4. We should receive the Notice of Assessment and refund (if applicable) within 14 days of lodgement.
  5. We will deduct our fee from your refund and the balance will be promptly sent to you or directly deposited in to your nominated financial institution. (we expect the entire process to take less that three weeks)

Rules

Clients should provide as much written information as possible when submitting their return for preparation. As a guide please use our Individual Income Tax Return Checklist. No responsibility is taken for data omitted from income tax returns via correspondence.

It is preferable when posting documents that PHOTOCOPIES are sent as in the event you require any documents returned or in the event it gets lost in the post. No responsibility will be taken for documents lost in the post.

Accounting fees will either have to be paid prior to lodgement, OR fees may be deducted from any refund (if applicable). No extra cost are charged for correspondence clients.
